Paula co-founded Yoginimelbourne with one of her dearest friends Mischa to share her love of yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing in a way that is accessible, down to earth and meet people where they are at.
Paula is a has been teaching yoga for over 11 years and has a background in movement and dance and has been studying and practicing yoga for 20 years. Paula has been influenced by many different yoga and movement traditions and this comes through in the variety of yoga classes offered here on the channel from dynamic vinyasa, therapeutic hatha, yin to mindfulness and meditations. Paula is also a qualified social worker currently working as a counsellor/therapist specialising in working with trauma. Paula has completed her level 1 qualification in Sensorimotor psychotherapy (talk based somatic psychotherapy) and has a deep interest in how these various frameworks and understandings can support people to connect to the body as a resource, place of wisdom, joy and deep healing.

Thank you what you do, I really enjoy your videos, your way to teach is calm and warm! I have done your 30 day heart challenge few times now, do you plan to do more 30 days challenges in future? I would also love more vinyasa/strenght/balance type videos, I really liked to see my improvement with that 30 day challenge where at first some of the videos were really hard but after doing more, I finally could have strenght to hold some balance poses etc! I really like how you explain variations and keep telling us just being merciful to ourselves :). Love from Finland!
